Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed keep out of reach items accessible in the infant room, toddler room bathroom, pre-waddler room, and the pre-k bathroom. In the infant room it was observed to have diaper creams in a unlocked cabinet. In the toddler room bathroom it was observed to have diaper creams in unlocked cabinet and disinfectant sprays. Both the diaper creams and disinfectant spray were moved duing the visit so they are no longer accessible. In the pre-waddler room it was observed to have diaper cream in a unlocked drawer and vaseline on the changing table. In the pre-k bathroom it was observed to have laundry detergent in one of the unlocked cabinets. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) Duirng the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed an unlocked storage closet in the preschol bathroom that had chemicals of disinfectant sprays, ajax, and sunscreen. This licensor also observed the storage door in the school-age room was unlocked. This school-age door was locked and corrected onsite during the visit. WAC 110-300-0260(5) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a vacuum in the school-age room, infant room, and pre-k room. All these vacuums were moved during the onsite visit to be accessible to children.
